Victor Jackson- Volunteer Inspector Consultant (Retired)
Since 2014 during my employment with BPG Home Inspections, Forensic Home Inspections, and as an Independent Inspector, I have helped hundreds of families make the right decision in purchasing their new homes. Prior to becoming a home inspector, I have 17 years of experience in claims as an appraiser with State Farm and Travelers Insurance Companies. I have provided assistance to clients assessing damages during stressful times in their lives. I have also aided in National Catastrophes. In addition to my claims experience, I served as a supervisor at Jacksonville Florida Public Health Department supervising a group of six inspectors. This department was responsible for permitting sites for on-site sewage disposal systems. This included conducting soil surveys, surface water management conditions, erosion, entering citations and building permits. With my many years of experience and service, although I have retired, I still volunteer to talk inspectors through questions, education, and review of reports.
